[Remote] Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, Veterans Affairs
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ThunderYard Solutions is a company that provides support to clients with Salesforce.com development and integration in large enterprise organizations. They are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to develop prototypes, implement client-driven solutions, and coordinate technical project phases while assisting in training junior staff.
Responsibilities
β’ Provide support to the client with Salesforce.com (SFDC) development and integration in a large enterprise organization
β’ Develop rapid prototypes, present demos of capabilities and functions of the SFDC platform, and implement solutions based on client requirements
β’ Interface with all levels in the client organization directly and leverage expertise in communication
β’ Plan and conduct major technical phases of significant projects by coordinating the efforts of technical support staff and the performance of assigned projects
β’ Review the completion and implementation of technical products and evaluate vendorsβ capabilities
β’ Assist with training junior software engineer staff
Skills
β’ 5+ years of experience with supporting relational databases, including Oracle or SQL Server
β’ 5+ years of experience in developing with LWC, Apex, Java, C#, and JavaScript languages
β’ 5+ years of experience with developing on SFDC or Force.com platform
β’ 3+ years of experience with architecting SFDC or Force.com solutions
β’ 5+ years of experience with implementing call center and case management solutions on the SFDC platform
β’ 3+ years of experience with version control tools like Github or Bitbucket
β’ Experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which includes - Lightning components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex and declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder)
β’ Experience with the Agile development process
β’ Ability to obtain VA Medium-Background Investigation clearance
β’ Bachelor's degree in Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is required
