They are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Systems Administrator to lead the administration, security, and optimization of enterprise Microsoft cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced, highly regulated remote environment.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain enterprise Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Microsoft security platformsManage Zoom enterprise environment , including Zoom Phone, AI capabilities, SMS, and collaboration toolsLead vulnerability management, system patching, endpoint security, and security hardening initiativesSupport tenant migrations, Microsoft environment integrations, and onboarding of newly acquired business entitiesExecute data migration activities using tools such as BitTitan, ShareGate, and related migration platformsMonitor and optimize identity access management, authentication policies, conditional access, and endpoint compliancePartner with external managed service providers to support escalations, infrastructure maintenance, and operational excellenceProvide responsive technical support within a fully remote business environment requiring high-touch customer serviceEnsure infrastructure aligns with security best practices, compliance standards, and operational requirementsDevelop documentation, system procedures, and technical recommendations for continuous improvementSkills5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure enterprise environmentsStrong expertise with Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender, and endpoint managementExperience managing enterprise Zoom environments, including telephony solutionsProven background in vulnerability remediation, patch management, and security administrationExperience supporting Microsoft tenant migrations, system integrations, or acquisition onboarding projectsStrong knowledge of identity management, MFA, access controls, endpoint security, and cloud governanceExperience working with MSPs, third-party infrastructure teams, or managed services environmentsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or other regulated industriesCompany OverviewDexian provides services for staffing, talent development, and consulting, with a focus on technology, finance, and project management.
