JDA TSG has immediate opportunities for a Microsoft Purview Data Protection, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender Expert to join our team as Customer Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, optimization, and support of Microsoft Purview Data Protection, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender for Microsoft 365.ResponsibilitiesPartner with customers to assess, architect, and implement Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirementsServe as a technical subject matter expert (SME) across Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender technologiesLead technical workshops, discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and deployment planning engagementsProvide guidance on Zero Trust security architecture and modern data protection strategies encompassing Purview, EntraID and M365 DefenderTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to identity, compliance, data governance, and endpoint/email protectionCollaborate with cross-functional engineering, delivery, and customer success teams to drive successful engagementsContribute to technical documentation, architecture standards, operational runbooks, and best practicesStay current with evolving Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity technologies and roadmap updatesSkills10 - 15+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft cloud security and compliance solutions7+ years of deep expertise in Microsoft Purview Data Protection & Compliance7+ years of deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)7+ years of deep expertise in Microsoft Defender for Microsoft 365Strong understanding of Zero Trust ArchitectureStrong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM)Strong understanding of Cloud Security & GovernanceStrong understanding of Data Security & Compliance FrameworksStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 Security EcosystemExperience working directly with enterprise customers in consulting, engineering, or customer-facing technical rolesStrong troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skillsCompany OverviewJDA TSG is a management consulting company specializing in program management & process re-engineering services.
