[Remote] Microsoft Power Platform Engineer

They are seeking an experienced Power Platform Engineer to support client implementations, build solutions, and contribute to the ongoing development of their accelerators and integrations. This role involves hands-on delivery, configuration, development, and support across Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and deploy solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner Premium, Project Online (PWA), Project Accelerator, Advisicon Accelerator, and AltusParticipate in requirements and discovery sessions to understand business needs and implementation objectivesBuild Dataverse data models, Power Apps solutions, Power Automate flows, reports, and supporting configurationsSupport migrations, upgrades, and modernization projectsDeliver assigned project work on schedule and within scopeExtend existing Power Platform solutions and acceleratorsBuild integrations between Power Platform and external systems using available tools, APIs, and connectorsAssist with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and support activitiesContribute reusable templates, components, and implementation assets that improve future project deliveryProvide user training and knowledge transfer activitiesAssist clients with adoption and ongoing support needsCollaborate with project managers, consultants, and architects to resolve technical challengesParticipate in continuous improvement efforts and technical skill developmentSkills3-5+ years of professional Power Platform experienceExperience building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BIUnderstanding of solution management, environments, security roles, and application lifecycle managementExperience implementing solutions from documented requirements and approved designsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with Copilot, AI-assisted development tools, and modern development practicesAbility to communicate effectively with technical teams and business usersPL-200, PL-400, or related Microsoft certificationsExperience with Project Online, Project Accelerator, Planner Premium, or similar project management platformsExperience with APIs, custom connectors, Azure Functions, or integration technologiesExperience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, or related technologiesPower BI reporting experienceBenefitsFull-time contractorRemote or onsite within the United StatesEmployment is contingent on passing a background checkBecause we serve regulated and government clients, some engagements require a federal background check and US person status for work in GCC High environmentsCompany OverviewProject, Program & Portfolio Management Company It was founded in 1995, and is headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
