Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ActiveSoft, Inc is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Support Analyst for a 6-month remote contract. The role involves developing and customizing solutions within D365, as well as integrating various platforms and ensuring scalable solution deployment.Skills3- 5 years of experience developing and customizing solutions within D365 (CE)Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Code Apps)Experience with integrations using APIs, Azure services, and middleware platformsSolid understanding of D365 data model, forms, views, security, and extensibility frameworksExperience with Azure DevOps (user stories, bugs, tasks, sprints)Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutionsExperience with AI (e.g. Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience working in enterprise environments with complex integrationsKnowledge of Azure cloud services and architecturePrior experience working in Agile delivery modelsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsCompany OverviewSince 2007, Active Soft, Inc.
