They are seeking a Microsoft Cloud & Endpoint Engineer to maintain and improve their Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring secure and scalable services for a distributed workforce.ResponsibilitiesWork across Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, identity and access management, security operations, backup and recovery, and escalated supportDeploy, configure, and support Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity integrationMonitor performance, availability, and security across Azure and Microsoft 365 environmentsSupport high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and restore processesContribute to infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Bicep, ARM, or TerraformAdminister Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and tenant configurationManage licensing, integrations, and security and compliance features such as Defender, DLP, and retention policiesManage endpoint configuration, compliance, patching, enrollment, and lifecycle using Microsoft IntuneApply device security baselines, MDM/MAM policies, and mobile and endpoint management standardsManage Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, identity governance, and Zero Trust security controlsMonitor and respond to security alerts and partner with internal stakeholders to maintain security standardsTroubleshoot escalated cloud, endpoint, and identity issues and maintain clear technical documentationCollaborate with IT, security, DevOps, and application teams to improve reliability and operational maturitySkills3+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud engineering, endpoint management, systems administration, or a related roleHands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and IntuneExperience with endpoint management, identity security, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSOKnowledge of cloud networking, backup and recovery, and security best practicesPowerShell or scripting experience preferredStrong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentExperience with Microsoft Defender, Azure Backup, Site Recovery, or regulated environments such as HIPAA or SOC 2Exposure to DevOps, infrastructure as code, or automation practicesHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI services, Copilot Studio, or similar enterprise AI tools in administration, enablement, or support rolesExperience using AI-assisted workflows, scripting, or automation to improve IT operations, service delivery, documentation, or user supportFamiliarity with responsible AI use, enterprise security considerations, and governance practicesBenefits100% remote positionGenerous Paid time off.Annual bonus potential.Retirement Savings: We will support you as you save for your future.Career Growth Opportunities: We help you thrive, so together, we can grow.
