Job Summary
We're expanding our telehealth program and need licensed therapists in Washington to join our care team. As a remote therapist, you'll provide accessible counseling services to individuals and families, helping them strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and work toward long-term emotional well-being. You'll have the freedom of remote work combined with the reliability of a consistent schedule.
Schedule & Compensation
• Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• $100,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities
• Deliver therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms
• Create structured, client-centered treatment plans
• Track outcomes and revise care plans as necessary
• Collaborate with colleagues for coordinated care delivery
• Document services accurately and in compliance with standards
Requirements
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
• Minimum 2 years of therapy experience
• Strong telehealth communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based care
