Description Remote Mental Health Counselor – LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC Salary: $100,000–$110,000 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care virtually to clients across Minnesota. As a licensed counselor, you’ll support individuals through life challenges, offering consistent care in a remote setting. Responsibilities: • Conduct secure teletherapy sessions. • Create and monitor client care plans. • Document sessions and ensure compliance with state guidelines. • Work collaboratively with colleagues for coordinated care. Requirements • Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC. • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field. • 2+ years of experience in clinical counseling. • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a remote role.
