Remote Mental Health Counselor
Role Overview
The Balanced Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Tacoma, Washington. This full-time position allows you to deliver essential mental health services to clients in an outpatient setting while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients experiencing mental health challenges.
ā¢ Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
ā¢ Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
ā¢ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
ā¢ Stay updated on best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.
Required Qualifications
ā¢ Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
ā¢ Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor.
ā¢ Experience in providing outpatient mental health services.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
