Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans. • Provide counseling services via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Required Qualifications • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. • Active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor. • Proven experience in a counseling role, preferably in outpatient settings. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
