[Remote] Membership Data Migration Specialist (6 month contract)

The role involves migrating content from Your Membership CMS to iMIS, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Migrate content from Your Membership to iMIS, including pages, documents, and related assets
ā¢ Ensure content accuracy and formatting consistency
ā¢ Collaborate with staff to confirm content priorities, workflows, and deadlines
ā¢ Conduct quality assurance checks to verify successful migration and functionality
ā¢ Document migration processes and flag issues or recommendations for improvement
Skills
ā¢ Demonstrated experience working with a CMS (required) or association management systems
ā¢ Prior experience with content or data migration projects
ā¢ Familiarity with membership-based organizations or nonprofits
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of content accurately
ā¢ Basic understanding of web content structure, metadata, and file organization
ā¢ Previous experience with iMIS
