Completing data entry and reconciliation tasks
Coordinating return items with individuals, external vendors, and other organizations
Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member requests, and accounting general ledger reconciliation
Processing transactions, including payments, transfers, and deposits
Following and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA rules and regulations
Providing exceptional customer service and support to our members
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Preferred: previous customer service or banking experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
