Responsibilities Respond to member calls, emails, and messages in a courteous and efficient manner. Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. Identify member needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary. Process transactions such as payments, account updates, and service requests. Document interactions thoroughly and update member records in the system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the member experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a member-focused or financial services environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail. Proficient with computer systems and common office software.
