As a Member of the Custody organization, you will be responsible for providing secure custodial and technology services to enable intuitive experiences with digital assets and smart contracts.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation and maintenance of Custody systemsWrite, review, test, and document code according to Anchorage's engineering and team standards, and practicesDive deep into complex, ambiguous problems, formulate elegant and practical solutionsReview other developer's code to ensure consistency, reduce errors and share context across the engineering teamDrive work independently, lead or significantly contribute to medium-to-large projects or processes, usually multi-person interdepartmental or cross-functional projects, including leading from end-to-end with little oversight and coordinating activities of other team membersBe capable of breaking down large projects into smaller tasks, and accurately estimating the time and scope of projects.
