[Remote] Member Marketing Operations Specialist

The Member Marketing Operations Specialist will execute global member lifecycle communications and manage campaigns to ensure accurate delivery at scale, partnering with various teams to enhance member engagement. Responsibilities Support the execution of Carrot’s global member lifecycle communications across channels such as email and SMS Build campaigns in Blueshift, manage audience segmentation, perform campaign QA, and ensure accurate delivery of member communications at scale Deliver reliable, high-quality campaigns that reach millions of members while maintaining an uncompromising attention to detail Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, GTM, and Data teams to translate campaign strategies into operational execution Skills 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a similar campaign execution role Experience building and executing campaigns in a marketing automation platform such as Blueshift, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Unparalleled attention to detail and ability to manage audience segmentation, campaign setup, and QA processes accurately and consistently Experience working with customer data platforms or marketing automation tools such as Blueshift Familiarity with audience segmentation logic and working with large-scale member or customer datasets Experience supporting multilingual or international marketing campaigns Experience collaborating cross-functionally with lifecycle marketing, product, and data teams Familiarity with campaign QA workflows and operational processes within a marketing organization Benefits Health and wellness benefits Retirement savings plans Short- and long-term incentives Parental leave Family-forming assistance Competitive compensation package Company Overview Carrot is a healthcare center that offers fertility care services.
