[Remote] Member Marketing Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vida Health is a virtual, personalized obesity care provider that helps patients manage obesity and related conditions. The Enrollment Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies through various channels to engage prospective and current members. Responsibilities Support the development and delivery of print, email, SMS and other content requirements Manage member marketing calendar, scheduling and deployment Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns to drive incremental gains in conversion and engagement Monitor and analyze campaign performance Leverage data-driven insights to inform the messaging strategy for each lifecycle stage of customers Be a positive contributor on a small and nimble team Be willing to tackle new projects as they come up We value collaboration and openness in communication, both within the team and with colleagues outside of our team, particularly across cross-functional projects We value generosity of time and spirit with asks outside your responsibilities when they are for the organization’s good Skills Bachelor's Degree Previous experience working with email marketing platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc Ability to solve problems, seek automations and provide solutions Self-starter comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Creative and resourceful- able to come up with out-of-the-box ideas and bring them to life Incredible attention to detail and execution-oriented Team player who can effectively partner with other key stakeholders Passionate about digital health and/or changing the status quo of healthcare Basic HTML knowledge Company Overview Vida Health is a virtual care platform that provides health coaching from experienced health care providers and medical institutions.
