Key Responsibilities

Member Interaction: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from careerzynith members, delivering courteous and knowledgeable assistance.
Problem Solving: Diagnose member inquiries, research policy details, and provide clear, solution‑focused responses while adhering to compliance standards.
Relationship Building: Establish trust through open communication, fostering long‑term loyalty and encouraging members to explore additional careerzynith products.
Documentation: Accurately record all member interactions, updates, and resolutions in careerzynith’s CRM system to maintain a complete audit trail.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including underwriting, claims, and billing—to ensure timely and comprehensive resolutions for complex issues.
Compliance & Confidentiality: Safeguard member data, follow privacy regulations, and uphold careerzynith’s strict security protocols.
Continuous Improvement: Share feedback on recurring member concerns, suggest process enhancements, and participate in ongoing training initiatives.


Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment where member experience is a core performance metric.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Proficiency with multiple computer applications and telephone technologies; ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and the ability to maintain a secure VPN connection.
