The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documents, coordinating briefings, and managing meeting logistics in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist with event logistics for a federal agencyPrepare quality documents, reports and slidesCoordinate briefings, conferences, teleconferences, telephone inquiries, meeting preparation, attendance and minutesPrepare, edit and finalize correspondence, documents and briefings using Microsoft OfficeManage document routing, coordination, tracking and retaining/filingManage time and events effectivelySkillsAt least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in providing logistical supportAbility to perform administrative duties such as preparing quality documents, reports and slides and coordinating briefings, conferences, teleconferences, telephone inquiries, meeting preparation, attendance and minutesMust have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience in preparing, editing and finalizing correspondence, documents and briefingsMust have experience in document routing, coordination, tracking and retaining/filingAbility to manage time and events effectivelyHigh School Diploma or equivalent is requiredExperience with events or meeting logistics support preferredCompany OverviewThe Building People is a real estate company specializes in real estate and facilities services.
