[Remote] Medicare Strategy Analyst

The role involves analyzing marketplace trends, developing strategic narratives, and collaborating with leadership to ensure the achievement of corporate goals.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current state of marketplace trends, competitive activities, and Government Programs performance to identify gaps in corporate and divisional plansDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve Government Programs performance scorecards, dashboards, and tracking tools. Monitor and interpret performance trends to surface insights, risks, and opportunities. Socialize goals and progress with leadership and cross-functional partners to maintain visibility and accountabilityCreate mitigation strategies and identify investments that will best address gaps and support strategic imperatives. Assess impacts to the member and provider experience and overall Government Programs position.
