Who This Role Is For

What You’ll Do
• Handle high-intent inbound Medicare calls (no cold calling)
• Take full control of the sales conversation and close efficiently
• Recommend Medicare Advantage and supplemental plans with confidence
• Maintain strict CMS compliance while selling at a high level
• Track pipeline and performance metrics in CRM systems
• Consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas
Non-Negotiable Requirements
• Active Health Insurance License
• Recent (within 12 months) high-volume sales experience
• Documented history of top-tier performance (top 10–20% of team or exceeding quota consistently)
• Advanced objection handling and closing ability
• Comfortable in a high-accountability, metrics-driven environment
Highly Preferred
• Medicare Advantage sales experience
• AHIP certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience in inbound telesales environments with daily KPIs
Compensation Structure
• Base salary + aggressive, uncapped commission
• Designed for high earners (top agents significantly outperform base)
• Inbound lead flow provided
• Paid, fast-track Medicare training for qualified candidates
