They are seeking a Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agent to join their remote team, focusing on selling and enrolling Medicare customers into suitable plans while maximizing sales opportunities.ResponsibilitiesMaintain continuous availability for inbound and/or outbound phone calls during scheduled work hoursRemain at a workstation for extended periods of time, up to and including an 8-hour shift, with additional hours as required for overtimeEngage in continuous listening and verbal communication with customers throughout the workday using a headset and phone systemSpeak clearly and professionally for extended periods while providing sales guidance, plan explanations, and enrollment supportUse a computer, keyboard, mouse, headset, and multiple software systems continuously throughout the shiftView and interpret information on a computer screen for prolonged periods of timeAdhere to scheduled breaks, lunch periods, call coverage requirements, and attendance expectationsFollow phone readiness, adherence, auxiliary status, and schedule compliance procedures when stepping away from the phoneAccurately document customer interactions and enrollments in required systems while on live callsConsistently meet productivity, quality, and performance metrics, including call handling, compliance, and sales expectationsSkillsMust reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or UtahAt least 1 year of experience in Medicare phone sales is required—we're looking for candidates with a strong track record in selling Health, Life, and/or Medicare Insurance over the phoneAnnual Enrollment Period (AEP) Commitment: Agents must be available to work October 15 – December 7, the busiest and most lucrative time of the yearStrong ability to navigate and operate multiple web browsers across a dual-screen setupSecure, hardwired high-speed internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivityA private and distraction-free home office or space to stay compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) when handling Protected Health Information (PHI)BenefitsFull-time, work-from-home position (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) with flexible scheduling options.
