Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesConduct high-quality sales presentations and consult over 100% inbound phone calls.
Educate beneficiaries on Medicare Advantage, MedSupp, PDP options, and ancillary sales.
Use active listening and high emotional intelligence to build instant rapport with seniors.
Accurately enroll clients using our electronic tools.
Collaborate closely with the Retention Support Team for a seamless post-sale hand-off.

What You Bring to the TableLicensing: Active Health Insurance License (Required).
Certifications: Current AHIP Certification (Required, or willing to obtain immediately).
Emotional Intelligence: Strong empathy, self-awareness, and the ability to connect genuinely with seniors.

ScheduleMonday to Friday (Standard Business Hours).
