A Multi-State Medicare-Focused Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced person to oversee the Remote sales staff of a fast-paced, rapidly-growing agency. The manager's pay will be based upon his or hers performance and experience in the Life, Health and Medicare Industry. The ideal candidate will have an existing downline of agents and book of business.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage insurance sales operations, focusing on Medicare products.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.Conduct outside sales activities, including negotiations and presentations.Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration processes.Collaborate with team members to enhance sales administration and support efforts.QualificationsProven experience in insurance sales, particularly in Medicare productsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to excel in outside sales and retail environmentsProficiency in sales administration and analysisMultilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plusFamiliarity with marketing, customer service, and HIPAA regulationsExperience in benefits administration and telemarketing is advantageousJob Type: Full-timePay: $52,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: Remote
