Remote Medical Scheduler

Location: Remote (US)Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/ContractThe ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a high-volume and multi-tasking environment without compromising accurate patient data. In addition, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and advanced computer skills.Must be able to understand patient needs and preferences and able to promote the benefits of scheduling for their healthcare needs.This position is currently remote. Your training will be conducted in person (or in office). Due to the nature of a remote position the candidate must be able to communicate highly effectively via phone, email, and messaging as these are the primary communication tools for remote work.Must have a quiet work environment along with highspeed internet.
