Key Responsibilities
Core Data Entry & Documentation Duties

Accurately input patient information, clinical notes, and billing codes from a variety of source documents into careerzynith’s secure electronic database.

Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing fields, or inconsistencies through systematic data cleanup and validation activities.
