Job Overview

Join our esteemed healthcare team as a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, where you will serve as the initial point of contact for our patients in Stockbridge, GA. This pivotal role not only supports our clinical operations but also enhances patient experiences through outstanding service and professionalism. Please note that this position is on-site and requires occasional travel between clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome patients warmly, fostering a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage and respond to incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
• Schedule patient appointments, adeptly handling rescheduling and updates to keep patients informed.
• Accurately enter patient information into our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Assist in collecting patient feedback to improve services.
• Perform general receptionist duties, ensuring seamless operation of the front desk.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for patients when necessary.
