Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our Alligatorteks team as a Medical Live Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact by providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the medical field.

As a Medical Live Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist medical professionals and their patients with any technical issues or inquiries they may have through our live chat platform. This will involve troubleshooting technical problems, answering questions about our products and services, and providing guidance on how to utilize our technology effectively.

In addition to technical support, you will also play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience. This will involve actively listening to their concerns, offering empathetic and timely responses, and providing personalized solutions. Your ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical field, with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. You should also possess excellent customer service skills and have experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable multitasking and can handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and guidance to medical professionals and their patients through live chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to concerns and providing timely and effective solutions
• Utilize your knowledge of medical terminology and procedures to effectively communicate with clients
• Document all interactions with clients in a clear and organized manner
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the live chat support experience

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers
• Proficient in using live chat software and other technology platforms
