Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day
As a Remote Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and our supply chain. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

Equipment Order Processing – Accurately enter and manage orders for durable medical equipment (DME) and respiratory products, verifying product specifications and delivery timelines.
Documentation & Record Management – Maintain meticulous records, update the respiratory grid, and manage referral logs to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards.
Insurance Verification & Authorization – Confirm coverage details for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers, submit pre‑authorizations, and resolve any eligibility issues.
Technical Assistance & Troubleshooting – Provide step‑by‑step guidance on equipment setup, usage, and maintenance for both retail walk‑in customers and remote patients.
Collaboration with Clinical Teams – Work closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to align equipment delivery with patient care plans.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require
