Remote Medical Coder
OnPoint Healthcare Solutions is seeking detail-oriented and experienced Inpatient & Outpatient Coders!
Position Summary: The Medical Coder is responsible for accurately assigning codes for either inpatient or outpatient encounters.
Responsibilities: TheCoding Specialist is required to review, evaluate, and code chart encounters for either inpatient or outpatient charts.
Qualifications:
ā¢ CPC, CCS, COC, RHIT, or RHIA certification
ā¢ Minimum 5 years of coding experience
ā¢ Strong knowledge of CPT coding guidelines
ā¢ Proficient in the use of Epic and 3M 360 CAC
ā¢ Ability to work from home using high-speed internet
