Remote Medical Billing/Coding Specialist
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Medical Billing & Coding Specialist to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on connecting skilled professionals with remote medical billing and coding opportunities.

What You’ll Do
• Review medical documentation and apply ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes accurately
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claims
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and payer regulations
• Communicate with healthcare providers and billing partners to ensure claim accuracy

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Proficient with computers and open to learning billing software systems
