Location Requirement:
This is a remote position, but you must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MI, NC, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, UT, WA
What You’ll Do:
Process insurance claims & resolve billing issues
Take patient calls and assist with balance-related questions
Assist with appeals & pre-authorizations
Collaborate with other departments to support billing accuracy
Understand our services and explain them clearly
What You Bring:
✔️ Knowledge of medical billing, insurance guidelines & HIPAA
✔️ Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel & multitasking
1+ year of full-cycle revenue experience
Familiarity with multi-state insurances
