Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This position requires familiarity with Zendesk, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Medical Assistant will assist healthcare professionals with various tasks, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
This position is 100% remote.
Duties
Act as the front line for our clinic partners and patients. This hybrid clinical-operations role will involve handling inbound support inquiries, escalating urgent patient needs, managing Zendesk ticket workflows, and contributing to our knowledge base and internal process development.
This is a fully remote position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment and is passionate about supporting both patient care and clinic success.
Qualifications
Respond to incoming calls and Zendesk tickets from clinics regarding operational questions, patient status, and workflow concerns.
Answer patient phone calls, determine if escalation is necessary, and route to the appropriate clinical team when required.
Troubleshoot real-time issues (e.g. login problems, documentation status, medication tracking).
Write and maintain clear, concise knowledge base articles and SOPs for internal and external use.
Collaborate with the clinical, pharmacy, and tech teams to improve workflows and enhance client satisfaction.
Track and document issues in Zendesk with a focus on resolution, follow-up, and cross-team communication.
Assist in building scalable support systems that improve response times and customer success metrics.
Support any ad-hoc projects related to clinical operations or customer success.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year
