Remote Medical Administrative Assistant

Perlman Clinic is seeking a full time remote Medical Call Center Representative to work. A Medical Call Center Representative must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that includes tasks from multiple providers. Medical Call Center Representative responsibilities might include: answering multi-phone line system, project management, insurance verification's (PPO's and HMO's), charting, checking patients in and out, collecting co-pays, inventory management, referrals, and scheduling. Epic EMR experience a plus but not necessary. Company Overview: Since 2005, we have been providing primary care in San Diego.
