[Remote] Medicaid Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst to join their Enterprise Data Warehouse federal reporting team. This role involves analyzing healthcare-related data, developing reports, and ensuring data integrity, with a strong focus on the Medicaid program and federal reporting requirements. Responsibilities • Analyze healthcare-related data to support business decision-making and CMS federal reporting including but not limited to CMS 64/21 reports • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and other BI tools • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses • Perform data profiling and validation to identify data anomalies • Document data processes and maintain technical documentation • Provide regular project updates to customers and maintain strong communication • Mentor junior team members and provide technical training as needed • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices • Perform additional duties as required to support project and organizational goals Skills • 5+ years of healthcare business analysis experience supporting business initiatives through data analysis, writing business requirements and user acceptance testing of various systems • 5+ years of SQL development, including performance tuning • 3+ years of experience working with State Medicaid and CHIP agencies on CMS federal reporting or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire business domain knowledge • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients • Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong team collaboration and adaptability • Experience in developing Adult/Child Core Measures, HEDIS, CHIPRA or similar quality metrics • Experience with healthcare-related data systems • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI Company Overview • Global Business Ser.
