[Remote] Media Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Valnet is currently looking for a Media Operations Manager for their display media business. This role involves partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to manage media planning operations and execute campaigns, ultimately driving revenue and achieving strategy goals.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales on defining customer needs and creating media plans that will result in successful display campaigns that meet or exceed client goalsFacilitate brainstorming sessions with internal and external stakeholders - Sales, Product, and agency/client partners to generate big ideas and custom media solutionsProvide direct management of client opportunities as needed, taking ownership of execution of media plans and client communicationsPartner with internal Sales, Product, and Technology departments as well as externally with advertisers and agencies to execute successful online advertising display campaignsImplement and manage advertising campaigns using order management system, ad server, CRM, and other internal systemsProvide technical and timeline requirements to external and internal clients, managing deadline schedules and distributing materialsProvide consistent weekly reporting and insight to advertisers/agencies and Sales partners regarding all aspects of their campaignsIdentify upsell opportunities to drive incremental revenue for individual clients and ad productsCompile and manage billing files for all assigned campaigns on a monthly basisTroubleshoot any issues (technical or otherwise) and provide a reasonable, realistic solution to external and internal clientsAssist in various projects as neededSkillsBachelor's degree in business or related disciplineStrong background in online media, advertising technology, and client service1-3 years of online advertising experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentMust be detail oriented and able to maintain multiple tasks and meet deadlinesDesire and ability to make and maintain strong client relationships by providing outstanding customer serviceProficient use of Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceStrong knowledge of online media (including, but not limited to display media, CRM marketing, social media, video ads, mobile ads, PPC/CPL)Experience with ad serving technologies and CRM systemsSkilled in thinking creatively and taking initiative and work independently, multi-tasking and thriving in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and ability to apply strong analytical skills to evaluate data and apply towards campaign optimizations is a mustExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, customer service, and time management skillsProven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectivesPositive attitude and professional demeanorCompany OverviewValnet is a global digital publishing company that owns and operates 25+ authoritative brands across diverse verticals.
