[Remote] Mechanical Project Manager

The Mechanical Project Manager will lead mechanical engineering projects to ensure designs, schedules, and deliverables align with business objectives, overseeing project execution and ensuring compliance with technical requirements.ResponsibilitiesAdhere to the Employee Handbook, Group Code of Conduct, the Group Compliance Policy, the IMS Policy, and all other applicable company policies and proceduresMaintain awareness of the requirements of, and their individual contribution to and impact on the effectiveness of, the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental and Product Compliance objectives and requirementsReport on unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, and injuries, quality issues, compliance concerns, violations to the appropriate personnel without delayParticipate in required training, audits, and continuous improvement initiativesDrive mechanical project execution aligning scope, schedule, budget, and technical requirements with objectivesOversee project plans, schedules, and resources ensuring milestones are achieved within defined constraintsEvaluate project performance and determine actions improving schedule adherence, cost control, and outcomesExecute project plans ensuring alignment with engineering standards, specifications, and customer requirementsManage project budgets, track costs, and implement controls ensuring financial performance and accountabilityCollaborate with engineering teams aligning designs, specifications, and technical requirements across project phasesReview engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirementsCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and field teams supporting project execution and delivery requirementsAssess technical outputs ensuring alignment with engineering standards, codes, and project specificationsSupport technical decision-making by providing guidance across mechanical engineering and project activitiesOversee compliance with project, regulatory, and contractual requirements across mechanical engineering activitiesIdentify project risks and determine mitigation strategies preventing delays, cost impacts, and performance issuesMonitor project performance and escalate risks impacting delivery timelines or customer commitmentsLead stakeholder communication ensuring alignment on project status, expectations, and performance outcomesDrive project discipline through reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement across project executionSkillsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field requiredMinimum five years of experience in mechanical engineering or project management rolesExperience managing engineering projects including scope, schedule, budget, and technical deliverablesStrong knowledge of mechanical design, engineering principles, and project execution methodologiesExperience reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for project executionExperience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and field teams supporting project delivery requirementsAbility to manage project budgets, track costs, and implement controls ensuring financial performanceExperience using project management tools, scheduling software, and engineering systems supporting executionKnowledge of construction practices, building codes, and regulatory requirements impacting project deliveryAbility to analyze project data and implement improvements enhancing efficiency and delivery performanceDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectivelyAbility to make decisions balancing technical requirements, timelines, and business objectivesStrong organizational skills supporting structured project execution and documentation accuracyProven problem-solving skills to resolve engineering and project-related challenges effectivelyRelevant certifications such as PMP, OSHA, Professional Engineer, or Lean Six Sigma preferredBenefitsThis role is eligible for a discretionary bonus.Career Scope and Advancement: As we grow, new positions and career opportunities arise, offering accelerated paths for the right candidates, locally and globally.World of Wellness Philosophy: We empower you to take charge of your health and well-being.
