[Remote] Mechanical Designer IV

The Mechanical Designer IV will be responsible for leading design efforts, creating detailed AutoCAD drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while managing medium-sized projects.ResponsibilitiesReview vendor data for correctness and utilize information in design developmentLead in drafting and updating comprehensive project plansCreate detailed and complex AutoCAD drawingsProduce complete 3D models for small stations and equipment utilizing Cad WorxEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practicesReview and check designs for compliance with standardsCoordinate with other design disciplinesTrain and mentor junior designersCommunicate project progress to clientsManage medium-sized projectsEnsure all designs adhere to safety regulationsInterface with project engineersSkillsAssociate's Degree or Certificate in CAD, Drafting or Design from an accredited vocational school, college or university.
