They are seeking a Hot Gas Path Design Engineer to maintain the reliability and availability of their global gas turbine fleet through advanced analytical methods and data-driven decision-making.ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Structural Analysis: Develop and execute high-fidelity finite element models (FEM) to evaluate GT hardware under complex thermal and mechanical boundary conditionsLife Predictions: Perform lifing analyses, including Low/High Cycle Fatigue (LCF/HCF), creep, oxidation, and fracture mechanics to ensure component reliabilityDynamic Evaluation: Conduct structural, modal, and forced response analyses; effectively interpret results to create Campbell diagrams and characterize dynamic behaviorRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) & Technical Support: Provide decisive technical support for urgent engineering requests (ER) from field teams.
