They are seeking an MDM Technical Analyst to implement and optimize Master Data Management solutions, ensuring high-quality master data and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet business needs.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design, configuration, development, and implementation of MDM solutions within the product suite, including data modeling, match/merge rules, survivorship rules, and workflow configurationPerform hands-on technical tasks such as building and optimizing complex data quality rules, profiling, cleansing, standardization, enrichment, and deduplication processesProvide technical support for the MDM application(s), including troubleshooting errors, investigating root cause analysis (RCA), resolving production issues, and performing performance tuningCollaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, data owners, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with enterprise data governance and quality standardsMonitor, audit, and maintain master data quality and integrity across domains (e.g., customer, product, supplier, vendor, or reference data), remediating issues and enforcing data governance policiesConduct data analysis, profiling, and reporting to identify data quality issues, anomalies, or improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements to MDM processes or configurationsSupport integration of the MDM suite with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, data warehouses, or other applications), including API/web service configuration, batch/real-time integration troubleshooting, and data flow validationParticipate in testing activities (unit, system, integration, UAT), create test scenarios/cases, validate outcomes, and ensure releases/upgrades maintain stability and qualityTrain technical staff, end-users, and data stewards on MDM product concepts, usage, best practices, and configuration techniquesContribute to ongoing enhancements, upgrades, patches, and migrations for the MDM product suite, evaluating new features/technologies and recommending improvementsDocument technical designs, configurations, processes, runbooks, and knowledge articles to support maintainability and knowledge transferEnsure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements within the MDM environmentSkillsBachelor's degree (preferred degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field)4+ years of hands-on experience in business system and technical analysis, with at least 2+ years in a technical analyst or equivalent roleExperience with data quality tools, profiling, cleansing, match/merge logic, and survivorship rulesKnowledge of integration patterns (ETL, APIs, web services, real-time/event-driven)Familiarity with data governance principles, stewardship workflows, and master data domainsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work independently and in agile/cross-functional teamsExperience as a product owner embedded in agile teamsExperience with cloud-based MDM deployments or hybrid environmentsExperience in SQL/PL-SQL, data querying, and scriptingExposure to related technologies: ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), big data tools, or data lakesBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLife InsuranceDisability Insurance401(k) Savings PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanProfessional Development ProgramPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysPaid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required)Company OverviewRGP (Nasdaq: RGP) is an award-winning global professional services firm with three decades of experience helping the world’s top organizations navigate change and seize opportunity.
