Here’s what you’ll do: Responsibilities: • Content Strategy: Develop custom social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals, audience, and brand identity. • Content Creation: Collaborate with our design and video teams to craft scroll-stopping visuals, reels, and graphics that spark engagement. • Community Engagement: Manage client accounts by interacting with followers, responding to DMs, and keeping online communities buzzing. • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, prepare data-driven reports, and adjust strategies based on insights. • Trend Watch: Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our clients relevant and innovative. • Paid Campaigns: Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI. • Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver campaigns that exceed expectations. • Training: Assist in offering 1-on-1 coaching for clients looking to master their own social media pages. Ideal Candidate: • 2+ years of social media management experience (freelance or agency experience preferred). • Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, viral content, or paid ad strategies. • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software. • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, arenaflex Analytics, or similar). • A creative mindset with killer copywriting skills and a knack for storytelling. • Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines. • Self-motivated, communicative, and results-driven with a collaborative attitude.
