The Marketing Specialist – Sales Enablement will empower the Business Development Team with data-driven campaigns, content, and training to enhance referral engagement and support growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a scalable content library that enables CCLs to effectively engage referral sources and accelerate lead conversionCollaborate with members of the Marketing, Clinical, and Business Development teams to create content, including social media postings, email marketing campaigns, event promotions, collateral, and more for CCLs to use during referral discussions, events and general outreachPartner with Clinical and Marketing teams to create high-impact presentations and events materials that strengthen referral relationships and drive referral pipeline growthEnsure all materials are clinically accurate, aligned with brand standards, and reinforce The Meadows Behavioral Health (MBH) market positionCollaborate with Business Development SVP and CCLs on activation of marketing technology (e.g., Salesforce Cloud) to increase outreach and nurturing of referral sourcesUse marketing automation technology (e.g., Marketing Cloud) to develop and distribute email campaigns, event landing pages, and other digital experiences, while measuring performance and optimizing referral-supporting contentDesign and optimize referral source journey maps using segmentation and behavioral insights to deliver personalized, high-impact engagement strategiesLeverage Salesforce and other reporting sources to mine data to support development of outreach strategiesAssist in developing training materials for CCLs, such as training on new programs, competitive positioning, and Meadows Approach to CareSupport development of structured sales enablement programs, including onboarding, certification, and ongoing training to improve CCL effectiveness and consistency in market engagementDevelop and deliver routine performance reports that provide visibility into key KPIs, campaign outcomes, and the overall ROI of cross-functional marketing and business development activities to inform strategy and improve ROIOptimize performance of marketing automation campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to improve engagement and conversion rates across the referral funnelManage and prioritize marketing support requests from the Business Development teamCollaborate with the VP Marketing to support the development and execution of unified growth strategies by aligning Marketing, Business Development, Admissions and Operations teams to increase census and strengthen market positionServe as a coordination point between Business Development, Clinical, Admissions, and Marketing teamsAll other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or a related fieldStrong written communication skills and ability to translate clinical information into clear, accessible materialsDemonstrates strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively across teams, and support business development initiatives through collaborative engagement across teamsHands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) to execute and optimize campaignsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skillsBasic knowledge of healthcare compliancePrior experience in business development or salesCompany OverviewBournewood Health Systems is a hospital & health care company specializing in addictions treatment facility.
