This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing content across various platforms, and supporting event logistics to enhance the company's brand and visibility.ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation and posting of content across various platformsCollaborate on the creation and iteration of designed assetsSupport newsletter creation from planning through execution, including content gathering, copy development, formatting, and QAMaintain a consistent content calendar, ensuring upcoming posts, campaigns, cultural moments, events, and deadlines are clearly organized and executed on timeTrack and pull marketing metrics in CRM systemsCompile reports on marketing performance to help the team understand what is working and where to optimizeProvide executional support for NRG’s presence at industry conferences, client events, partner activations, and marketing initiativesHelp manage event logistics and related assetsKeep marketing projects moving by tracking deadlines, organizing inputs, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring materials are delivered on timeUse project management tools to organize tasks, timelines, content calendars, and campaign workflowsSkills1-2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, content or agency roleStrong writing skills: You can write clear, concise, engaging copy across formatsCRM and marketing technology fluency: You are comfortable learning and working in tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platformsProject management skills: You can juggle multiple deadlines, organize details, follow up with stakeholders, and keep work moving without losing sight of qualityEvent coordination mindset: You enjoy managing logistics, timelines, materials, and details that help events and industry visibility moments run smoothlyCreative eye: You have a good sense of design, layout, and visual polish, and can either make light edits yourself or partner effectively with designers to bring assets to lifeKeen eye for detail: You notice when formatting is inconsistent, a link is broken, a name is misspelled, or a proper noun is not capitalized.
