They are seeking a Marketing Specialist responsible for creating and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and support business development efforts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, create, and execute content across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, social media, website content, newsletters, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, and promotional materialsDrive brand awareness initiatives that increase Longitude Rx's visibility, credibility, and engagement among health systems, industry partners, and key stakeholdersOwn and manage the marketing content calendar, ensuring consistent execution and publishing across all channelsCreate presentations, sales materials, one-pagers, proposals, and other collateral that support business development, client engagement, and strategic partnershipsPartner with internal subject matter experts and leaders to develop and publish thought leadership content that positions Longitude Rx as an industry leaderEnsure brand consistency across all marketing, communications, and digital assetsOwn and execute Longitude Rx's social media strategy, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, including content creation, publishing, audience engagement, and community growthDrive a consistent, high-volume social media presence that increases brand awareness, thought leadership visibility, audience growth, and engagementCreate and publish executive thought leadership content, including LinkedIn posts, articles, industry commentary, and strategic insightsDevelop and manage a proactive executive visibility strategy, ensuring consistent promotion of company leaders, industry insights, client successes, and organizational milestones across LinkedIn and other digital channelsIdentify and capitalize on opportunities to increase visibility through industry trends, current events, and market conversationsManage website content updates and digital marketing initiatives to ensure messaging remains current and aligned with business prioritiesExecute email marketing campaigns and digital communications effortsMonitor performance metrics and optimize digital content and campaigns based on resultsPlan, manage, and execute webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and industry events from concept through completionDevelop and execute promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and engagementManage webinar registration processes, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activitiesIdentify, secure, and promote opportunities that increase Longitude Rx's visibility through speaking engagements, podcasts, industry publications, conferences, awards, and other external channelsDevelop and execute thought leadership initiatives that elevate the visibility of Longitude Rx, its leaders, and its expertiseCreate case studies, client success stories, testimonials, and outcome-focused marketing materials that showcase organizational impactInterview executives, subject matter experts, and client-facing leaders to develop, publish, and promote relevant industry insights and perspectivesPromote and amplify executive and organizational thought leadership across digital and industry channelsDevelop and maintain relationships with industry publications, associations, media outlets, and strategic partnersDraft and distribute press releases, company announcements, and organizational updatesIdentify opportunities to secure earned media coverage, speaking opportunities, awards, and industry recognition for Longitude Rx and its leadersMonitor industry news and market trends to identify opportunities for external visibility and brand promotionTrack, analyze, and report on key marketing performance indicators, including campaign effectiveness, website traffic, social media engagement, webinar participation, lead generation, and brand awareness metricsDevelop and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reportsIdentify opportunities to improve engagement, visibility, and campaign performance through data-driven insights and recommendationsProvide regular reporting and insights on marketing activities, outcomes, and return on investmentIndependently manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standardsLead project execution with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and strategic partnersMaintain marketing assets, templates, content libraries, and brand resourcesIdentify and execute new marketing initiatives that support organizational growth and business objectivesContinuously evaluate and improve marketing processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and effectivenessSkillsBachelor's degree requiredEquivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree or years of experience may be considered, provided the candidate can demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the
