[Remote] Marketing Specialist

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support event coordination and logistics for various internal and external events, while also contributing to broader marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute logistics for events, including venue sourcing and booking, vendor coordination, registration management, materials preparation and shippingSupport the execution of conferences, webinars, and prospect/client events and meetingsManage backend reporting and event-based tasks such as attendee tracking, event reporting, supply coordination, and assist with post-event follow-upSource, order, and manage inventory and distribution of branded materials, promotional items, and event swagCreate event communications, including invitations, reminders, and attendee correspondencePartner cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are executed smoothly and aligned with company standards and brandingParticipates in the creation, formatting, and updating of event materials and supporting marketing documentsMaintain organized records of event materials, vendor information, contracts, and marketing assetsContributes to the broader marketing initiatives to support marketing teammates for additional projects and initiatives as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated success in executionProven experience in event planning and coordination, including managing logistics and sourcing event materials. Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while meeting deadlines and standardsStrong project management and organizational skills and excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks.
