[Remote] Marketing Project Manager

The ideal candidate will manage marketing communications projects, campaign operations, and complex approval workflows while being organized and detail-oriented.ResponsibilitiesManage the intake, prioritization, and tracking of communication requests in WorkfrontMaintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and status updatesUpdate and refine communication templates and contentCoordinate legal, compliance, privacy, and stakeholder reviewsConduct proofreading, quality assurance, and deployment-readiness checksManage production handoffs and timelines with internal teams and external partnersSupport post-deployment corrections, issue resolution, and escalationsProvide project support for disruption and onboarding communication initiativesTrack KPIs and prepare reporting for business reviewsParticipate in knowledge-transfer activitiesSkills5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing communications, campaign operations, or a related field3+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, financial services, or another regulated environmentWorkfront experience is requiredExperience managing high-volume, deadline-driven communications or transactional campaignsExperience coordinating legal, compliance, privacy, and cross-functional approval processesStrong proofreading, quality assurance, and content-management skillsExcellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and competing deadlinesExperience supporting member, patient, provider, or customer communicationsFamiliarity with healthcare or insurance terminology and regulatory requirementsExperience working with external production or deployment partnersKnowledge of campaign reporting, KPI tracking, and business-review preparationCompany Overview24 Seven partners with companies to get marketing, creative, and digital work done by providing the right talent, innovation, and insights.
