The Marketing Program Manager will coordinate go-to-market strategies into actionable marketing plans, ensuring effective execution across various initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution and operationalization of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for ongoing marketing and growth initiativesAssist in developing and maintaining marketing plans, campaign calendars, messaging frameworks, and launch schedulesTranslate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deliverablesIdentify opportunities to improve processes, campaign performance, and execution effectivenessLead end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives from planning through executionDevelop and maintain detailed project timelines, workback schedules, and dependency trackingMonitor project risks, identify potential roadblocks, and implement mitigation plansCoordinate priorities across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectivesEstablish and maintain regular operating rhythms, status updates, planning meetings, and launch checkpointsServe as the primary point of contact for project coordination, execution, and accountabilityPartner with internal stakeholders across marketing, creative, operations, and business teams to drive alignmentFacilitate meetings, communicate project status, and ensure transparency around decisions, risks, and milestonesCoordinate deliverables and dependencies across multiple teams to ensure execution readinessFoster strong working relationships to support efficient collaboration and decision-makingManage campaign planning, launch readiness, asset workflows, and execution trackingEnsure all marketing deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality expectationsMaintain project trackers, dashboards, reporting tools, and documentation to provide visibility into progressOversee asset sequencing, approvals, and readiness across multiple marketing channelsReview marketing content, messaging, and creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign objectivesProvide feedback on creative deliverables to ensure consistency, clarity, and customer-focused communicationCollaborate with creative and marketing partners to support compelling product and campaign storytellingHelp maintain messaging consistency across customer touchpoints and marketing channelsPrepare project updates, status reports, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholdersTrack project performance metrics and communicate progress against key objectivesSupport planning discussions by analyzing project status, resource needs, and execution requirementsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field3+ years of experience in cross-functional project or program management3+ years of experience managing project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications3+ years of experience using project tracking and reporting tools, including Excel and collaborative planning platforms3+ years of experience supporting marketing operations, campaign execution, launch planning, or go-to-market programsExperience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiencesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsExperience working with marketing, creative, branding, or agency teamsExperience reviewing marketing messaging, creative assets, and campaign deliverablesPMP, PMI, or other project management certificationFamiliarity with marketing campaign planning, content development processes, and asset management workflowsExperience building reports, dashboards, and execution tracking frameworksStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvementsExperience leveraging AI-powered productivity tools and automation solutions to improve project efficiency and workflow managementExperience supporting consumer marketing, product marketing, or direct-to-customer initiativesProven ability to proactively identify opportunities, make recommendations, and drive continuous improvementBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageFlexible Spending Account401k programCompetitive PTO offeringsParental LeaveOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompany OverviewBlueprint is redefining the data solutions ecosystem.
