The Marketing Program Manager will own programs that engage enterprise prospects and customers, focusing on virtual workshops to drive pipeline generation and deepen product adoption.ResponsibilitiesOwn the virtual workshop program end to end - define the strategy, build the calendar, develop themes and topics, coordinate speakers, manage production, host sessions, and run post-event follow-upDevelop compelling program ideas — identify the highest-leverage topics for enterprise buyers, admins, and practitioners by partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Field, and ProductRun live operations flawlessly — manage registration flows, speaker prep, rehearsal, platform logistics, audience moderation, demos, timing, troubleshooting, and post-event assetsDrive lead management and follow-up — ensure attendee and engagement data are captured cleanly, segmented appropriately, routed quickly, and translated into thoughtful follow-up with the right teamsMeasure what works and improve it — define success metrics across attendance, engagement, conversion, influenced pipeline, community participation, and program ROI; then use the data to refine the motionBuild the operating system behind the programs — create repeatable processes, templates, calendars, workflows, and reporting that let the function scale without losing qualityOperate with strong judgment under constraint — prioritize the highest-leverage programs, keep many moving parts on track, and maintain a high bar for executionSkillsYou've run demand generation programs that required strong coordination across content, audience strategy, operations, and sales follow-upYou've owned webinars, workshops, events, community programs, or similar engagement motions from concept through execution and measurementYou're energized by end-to-end ownership and know how to turn a rough idea into a well-run, repeatable programYou have strong judgment on what topics and formats will resonate with enterprise audiences and drive meaningful engagementYou're highly organized and operationally sharp, you can keep calendars, stakeholders, systems, and follow-up moving without dropping detailsYou communicate clearly and comfortably in live environments, whether you're hosting a webinar, briefing speakers, or working through last-minute issuesYou're somewhat technical and can translate product value into clear, compelling programming for enterprise audiencesYou thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the playbook is still being builtExperience in demand generation or community marketing at a B2B SaaS companyExperience marketing to technical or developer-adjacent audiences, especially in enterprise softwareExperience owning webinar platforms, registration workflows, lead routing, reporting, and campaign operationsExperience building or scaling an enterprise customer community programComfort partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success on follow-up motions and pipeline outcomesStrong instincts for process design, project management, and operational rigorExperience with marketing automation, CRM workflows, and event toolingCompany OverviewCursor is a coding agent for building ambitious software.
