[Remote] Marketing Operations Manager

They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize marketing tech stack, improve funnel performance, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.ResponsibilitiesOptimize the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce), including integrations, segmentation, scoring, routing, nurturing, lifecycle workflows, and compliance with data regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools across the GTM tech stackPerform audits, testing, and root cause analysis across the GTM stack - identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and implementing fixesEnsure data accuracy and consistency across the GTM tech stack, maintaining high-quality data to support decision-makingPartner with the Marketing Automation Manager on execution workflows, providing operational depth and ensuring continuity across campaignsBuild and maintain scalable campaign execution frameworks, workflows, and automationsIdentify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements that increase team velocity without sacrificing accuracyPartner with campaign managers to execute marketing programs, ensuring timely delivery and proper tracking across channelsProvide SDRs with pre-launch campaign briefs covering audience, timing, messaging, and follow-up plays so they are never surprised by what hits their target accountsTranslate marketing strategies into actionable SDR assets, like lists, sequences, and talk tracks, so reps can focus on conversations instead of interpreting marketing's intentBuild and maintain systems and automations that reduce manual work and keep data clean and actionableLeverage AI tools and emerging automation capabilities to improve team efficiency, accelerate troubleshooting, and scale marketing operationsIdentify opportunities to replace manual execution with agent-based or automated solutions, and implement them independently or in collaboration with the teamStay current on emerging marketing technologies and AI tooling, bringing forward recommendations as relevantDocument workflows, SOPs, and system configurations as the team scalesProvide training, documentation, and support to enable a data-driven marketing organizationMonitor marketing data quality and troubleshoot issues across the GTM stack (Pardot, Salesforce, Chili Piper, etc.)Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, pipeline performance, and campaign ROIAnalyze complex marketing data and deliver actionable insights that inform campaign and GTM strategySupport attribution modeling and lead scoring initiativesServe as a partner to Demand Generation, Sales, Finance, RevOps, and IT teamsAlign cross-functionally on goals, definitions, and processes across the funnelEnable teams with tools, training, and documentationBuild an SDR feedback loop to route front-line insights and objections back to Demand Gen and Product Marketing so campaigns continuously evolve based on real conversationsSkills4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related roleHands-on experience with MAPs (Pardot or Marketo preferred) and CRM (Salesforce preferred)Strong background in data management, analytics, and performance reportingSolid understanding of lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign trackingComfortable working with data, including pulling reports, identifying anomalies, and translating findings into actionDetail-oriented with a bias for action - you deliver accurate, high-quality work quickly and take ownership of QAFamiliarity with AI tools and a curiosity for how they can improve marketing workflows and productivityComfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none existStrong execution and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical problem-solving mindset and communication skillsExperience supporting or operationalizing account-based marketing (ABM) programs, including account segmentation, targeting, orchestration, and performance measurementExperience leveraging AI tools in marketing operations to automate workflows, solve problems, and improve efficiencyFamiliarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or advanced reporting techniquesExperience in cybersecurity, highly technical B2B markets, or enterprise go-to-market motionsBenefitsAll full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.Health, vision & dental insurance for you and your familyA flexible vacation policyGenerous parental leaveHybrid & Remote Work: We embrace a mix of remote and hybrid work models depending on role and location, including our Chicago office, where some roles require regular in-office presence.Company OverviewHorizon3.ai offers an autonomous penetration testing platform that helps organizations proactively find and fix security vulnerabilities.
