They are seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to oversee cross-functional project management and delivery for their Marketing Operations roadmap, ensuring alignment across various teams and tracking milestones effectively.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end project management of the MOPS roadmap across all four strategic themesEstablish and maintain a unified delivery plan with clear milestones, dependencies, and ownershipFacilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and cross-team syncsManage Jira setup, task tracking, and operational alignment across teamsCoordinate workstreams across Marketing Analytics, MarTech, and Data OperationsPartner with initiative leads on transformational marketing data and technology projects (e.g., CDP, MAP, Data Infrastructure) to ensure timely deliveryIdentify and escalate blockers, risks, and resource constraints to leadershipDevelop and maintain dashboards and progress reports for leadership visibilitySupport quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and roadmap updatesEnsure documentation of Level 2 tasks, milestones, and dependenciesSkills5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Program Manager in a marketing, data, or technology environmentProven experience managing cross-functional programs involving marketing technology (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, Clay)Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog managementExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking toolsAbility to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and drive accountability across teamsExperience in B2B SaaS marketing operations or data-driven marketing environmentsFamiliarity with data architecture concepts (e.g., Medallion architecture, unified contact records)PMP, CSM, or equivalent certificationExperience coordinating with professional services or external vendorsCompany OverviewAlgomarketing is a digital marketing company that provides recruitment, business intelligence, and analytics services.
