[Remote] Marketing Operations

Kforce Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations/Program Coordinator to support the execution of customer marketing programs. This role is focused on ensuring workflows run smoothly, maintaining accurate data, and coordinating inputs across various teams to keep programs moving forward efficiently.ResponsibilitiesTrack timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreamsEnsure program milestones are met and nothing falls through the cracksCoordinate inputs across marketing, sales, and customer-facing teamsDocument and standardize operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalabilityIdentify areas of inefficiency and implement process improvementsMaintain and update playbooks, process guides, and internal documentationWork across multiple platforms including project management tools, CRMs, and content systemsMaintain accurate, up-to-date data across program trackers and internal databasesBuild dashboards and trackers to provide clear visibility into program statusSupport operational workflows for content production, including approvals, handoffs, and delivery trackingManage campaign calendars and coordinate asset readiness across teamsMaintain the customer reference and story pipeline, including tracking status and coordinating outreachPull and organize data from relevant platforms to support program reportingPrepare inputs for stakeholder updates and performance reportingSkills3+ years of experience in marketing operations, program coordination, or a similar execution-focused roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExperience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace)Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflowsClear, concise communicator with a proactive approach to status updates and issue flaggingExperience supporting customer marketing, customer success, or reference programsFamiliarity with CRM or customer advocacy platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar tools)Hands-on experience using AI tools for workflow automationExposure to reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar platforms)Experience working with external vendors or agenciesBenefitsComprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employeesSalaried personnel receive paid time offHourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by lawHourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leaveCompany OverviewKforce is a solutions firm specializing in technology, finance and accounting, and professional staffing services.
